MotrexEV collects and processes the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide the RexField service. The information that may be collected includes: • Account information: email address, name, password, and role information, such as installer or administrator • Installation and commissioning records: device ID, installation location information entered or selected by the user in the app, vehicle information, commissioning results, charging measurement data, success or failure status, and failure reason • Images: charger label photos and exterior photos • Service usage information: record creation time, update time, service activity history, access logs, and other information automatically generated during service operation Installation location information is information directly entered or selected by the user in the app. RexField does not automatically collect GPS location information from the user’s device. Personal information is collected when an administrator registers an account, when a user directly enters or selects information in the app, when images are uploaded, or when information is automatically generated during service use.
MotrexEV uses the collected information for the following purposes: • User authentication and account management • Recording and managing EV charger commissioning results • Identifying devices and providing installation records to authorized users • Verifying installation results through commissioning data and field images • Troubleshooting and improving service quality • Service operation and security management MotrexEV does not use personal information for advertising or user tracking purposes.
Account information is retained while the user account remains active and is deleted when the account is terminated or a deletion request is made. However, information may be retained when required by applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, or internal operational policies. Commissioning records, charging measurement data, installation information, and field images may be retained for as long as necessary for installation history management, service operation, issue response, and compliance with legal or contractual obligations. When personal information is no longer necessary, MotrexEV will delete or anonymize the information without undue delay. Personal information stored in electronic file format will be deleted in a manner that makes it unrecoverable or irreproducible.
MotrexEV does not sell or provide personal information to third parties without the user’s explicit consent. However, personal information may be provided when required by applicable laws, regulations, or valid requests from government or regulatory authorities.
Personal information is stored and processed on secure cloud servers managed by MotrexEV. MotrexEV may use cloud infrastructure providers to provide the service, and images are stored in Amazon S3 with restricted access. MotrexEV applies access controls and security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of stored data.
Users may contact MotrexEV to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or objection to the processing of their personal information. However, such requests may be limited if retention is required by applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, or legitimate service operation needs. Deleting the app stops further collection of information from the device, but information already transmitted to MotrexEV is not automatically deleted. Users may contact MotrexEV to request deletion of their personal information.

MotrexEV may update this Privacy Policy due to changes in applicable laws, service features, or internal policies. When this Privacy Policy is changed, MotrexEV will notify users through an in-app notice, the Privacy Policy screen, or other appropriate means.
